Returns and Exchanges

Products in new and unused condition with original product tags and packaging may be returned within 60 days of purchase. When returning merchandise to Epic Mens, please be sure to complete the following:

1. Include a copy of your original order confirmation

2. Circle the item(s) that you are returning with an explanation why you are returning (size, defect, etc.)

3. Ship your package securely with carrier tracking to:

A refund will be processed to the credit card used on the original purchase (this includes gift returns) within two weeks of receiving your returned product. Epic Mens is not responsible for products lost during return transit.

Exchanges are handled as two separate transactions. Please return the unwanted item(s) per the instructions above, and place a new order on our website.
